Personalised service is important to us.

We offer a broad spectrum of services so as to be able to meet the requirements and specifications of our guests. We provide our guests with personal, on-site assistance, take care of their luggage transfer and are at their disposal on a daily basis in the instance of any queries or issues. Your well-being is our prime concern. All our apartments are fully equipped and offer comfort by way of state-of-the-art amenities. High-quality Swiss furniture and modern appliances are a given for us, as is the communal use of washing machine and tumble dryer facilities.

All apartments have a hairdryer. The beds are already made and kitchen-, hand- and bath towels are ready for you. Each apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine. Bring your own capsules or I sell you which at cost of 50 cents apiece.

Drinks kiosk in the house: You can buy drinks (milk, orange juice, mineral and soft water, beer and wine at reasonable prices.

Extra day for skiing desirable?
-If you want to ski already on the day of arrival, we can pick up the luggage at your arrival and put it in your apartment.
-Do you want to ski even on the day of departure? You can put your luggage in the morning in a reserved room with toilet and shower and we will drive your luggage with our electrotaxis in the afternoon.

Free luggage transport

Saas-Fee is car-free. To be able to offer you a pleasant reception in Saas-Fee, and thus you enter the apartment quickly and easily after arriving, we pick you up with our electric car in the car park or at the post office. So you do not have to struggle with handcart or wait long for a taxi.

New: beverage sales

My regulars reported that it was arduous to carry all the beverages from the store to the apartments. That is why this winter I provide a small beverage sales downstairs.

You can buy beverages at reasonable prices (milk. orangejuice, mineralwater, softdrinks, bier and wins. For the apartment in the house Alpenglück the big beverage depot Supersaxo is only 5 minutes away from the house.

On the playground, the children's hearts beat faster, meanwhile the adults comfy on the balcony to enjoy the sun and a glass of wine. The playground with climbing wall, slide, sandpit and swings we've created on a beautiful, sunny place behind the house Belle-Vue. Here the children can safely play and varied.

Additional ski day desired?

If you want to ski on the day of your arrival, We can gladly pick up the luggage upon arrival and then put it into your apartment.
Would you like to ski on the day of your departure? So you can put the luggage in the morning in a reserve room and we’ll  drive your baggage in the afternoon.

Free heated ski room by the loipes

For our guests we have a free heated ski room directly next to the slopes. Here you can leave your skis, snowboards and shoes. With the new boot dryer, the bars are heated, warm air blows into the shoes, the most efficient way to dry the footwear gently.

You reach the ski cellar / slopes on foot in about 10-12 minutes. You do not have to carry your gear through the village. We bring and pick up your equipment on the arrival / departure day with the electric car. In winter every 11 minutes a free ski bus passes through the village. Stops are located next to the houses .Let's go to après-ski!
